IT Support / MIS Officer
Job Description:
Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages - Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems
- Develop/maintain company website, intranet
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer or related fields
- Thai Male or Female, Age not over 30 years
- Minimum 2 year experiences in IT relate network/system administration and technical support
- Has good knowledge in basic network design, planning and installation
- Has good knowledge in Windows Application
- Has good knowledge in website development (HTML/CSS/JS/PHP)
- Knowledge of Technical support, computer hardware, computer equipments
- Knowledge of Network (WAN, LAN) and network equipments
- Knowledge of Windows XP/2003/Vista/Windows7/Linux
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server/Application such as Exchange2007, AD, IIS
